About Thomas Keith Mirabile
Admitted to practice law in the States of Oklahoma (1976) and Illinois (1977), the Federal District Court of Northern Illinois (General and Trial bar), Arizona, Federal District Court of Oklahoma, United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Seventh and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Court of Claims, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Mirabile represents individuals and companies throughout the United States before the USCIS, the Department of Labor (DOL), the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and US Embassies and Consulates Worldwide and Federal district and bankruptcy courts
Mr. Mirabile received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, a Master of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, Illinois, ,a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from University of St Francis , a Graduate Certificate in Applied Grentology from Webster University a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and an LL.M. (Advanced Law Degree) at DePaul University Graduate School of the College of Law in Chicago
Mr. Mirabile has served on the Faculty of The Oklahoma City University School of Law served for 2009 to 2017 on the Graduate faculty of the University of Liverpool Law Faculty in its global International law Programme and continues to serve on the Graduate faculty of Webster University Global Campus graduate programs . He additionally has served as a Visiting Professor at DePaul University College of Law and Graduate School in Chicago. He has taught Law in Singapore and the People’s Republic of China on the Graduate Level. He also serves on DePaul University’s College of Law Health Law Institute Advisory Board.
Mr. Mirabile is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since joining in 1987 and has served on the faculty of DePaul University College of Law in Chicago as an Adjunct Professor of International Law. He is past chair of the International and Immigration law section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He has a high to highest rating (BV) with Martindale-Hubbell, an international ranking for attorneys. He also serves as Benedictine University’s online Master of Public Health (M.P.H.).
